We strive to provide the utmost quality in customer service and shipping times.
We reply to all customer service inquiries within 24 hours Monday-Friday except on major holidays.
We ship same-day Monday-Friday if the order is confirmed before 9AM PST that day. We cannot make exceptions to this time-frame due to volume and customer support dedication. We always ship Priority, and most customers will receive their orders within 2 days from order placement within daily cut-off perimeters.
